April Maxwell founded Maxwell Bankruptcy with a clear mission: to guide clients through every step of the bankruptcy process with expertise and compassion. Her approach combines deep legal knowledge with genuine care for each client's unique situation.

A graduate of the Sandra Day O'Connor School of Law at Arizona State University, April earned her Law and Science certificate and served as Associate Editor for Jurimetrics, the American Bar Association's journal on law and technology. Beyond the courtroom, she's a proud mother of four and makes a mean cinnamon roll.
